Sodexo was shortlisted in three different categories at the recent OpEx Awards in Orlando, Florida, and triumphed in the category of “Best enterprise-wide transformation project”. These global awards celebrate the work of organizations excelling in operational excellence.

The award recognized the work of our soft FM platform and the development of our Site Management System (SMS) – implemented in over 2 000 sites in 48 countries – which has helped to improve cleaning processes through standardization and digitalization.

The SMS was created to give our teams and clients a consistent way to measure how we are performing in the delivery of soft facilities management services, using a transparent and easy online portal. 

While this tool offers consolidated reports at the push of a button, for our site managers and service managers, the SMS provides a host of mobile and desktop applications to support the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day management.
